Тип урока: актуализация предметных знаний и навыков, универсальных учебных действий.
Данный урок продолжает учебную тему “Профессии”. Он находится в тесной связи с предыдущими уроками и является основой для последующих.
Цель: формирование навыков и умений иноязычной речевой деятельности: аудирования, говорения (монологической речи), чтения, письма; овладение учащимися аспектами языка (произношением, лексикой).
Задачи урока:
Образовательные:
активизация навыков и умений по совершенствованию в говорении;
актуализация лексики по теме “Профессия”.
Развивающие:
развитие навыков поискового чтения;
развитие языковых и познавательных способностей детей;
развитие коммуникативных навыков.
Воспитательные:
воспитание интереса к английскому языку как к средству общения;
воспитание уважительного отношения к людям любой профессии,
воспитание толерантности,
формирование индивидуальной ответственности за работу на уроке.
I . Вводная часть ( приветствие)
Teacher: Good morning! I am very glad to see you. Smile to each other! Take your seats, please. My name is Evgeniya Sergeevna. I like music and English songs. Listen to my favourite song, will you?

II. Вхождение или погружение в тему (сообщение целей урока.)
Teacher: What is this song about? (About computers? About sport? What is this song about?)
Pupils: About professions.
So today we are going to speak about jobs . There are a lot of tongue twisters where professions are mentioned. Do you remember any of them? . Look at the board. Here you can see them
First I'll read, you should listen to me.
How many cookies could a good cook cook?
A fisherman wished a good fish.
She saw Sheriff's shoes on the sofa.
Singer Sammy sang songs.
Let's try to translate them and read together. Let’s warm our tongues.
Yesterday I read the book and found the proverb, which has a very deep meaning. But you should try to guess this proverb. Now let’s play “a life sentence”. Your task is look at the words and make up the proverb in original way. Please take the cards, read them. Your card is…( ученикам раздаются карточки со словами: every, man, is, a blacksmith, of his, fortune). What does the word “blacksmith” mean?
Blacksmith - кузнец.
And now make up the sentence. Find the right place in this proverb. Now let’s read our variant. What does it mean how do you think? “Every man is a blacksmith of his fortune”. Let’s try to translate it.

| V. Актуализация лексических грамматических знаний.1. (Аудирование.)
There are many professions in the world. But what do the people do in their jobs? Dear children, you should listen to the text. In the text Molly is talking about her aunt's new job. After listening answer the question: What is her aunt? You will hear the text twice.
Now open your St.Book p. 119 Ex.1. Here you see the same text. Let’s try to translate.

You see the same text here. Pupils, why are words highlighted? What are they? What does word must mean? What does word have to mean? What are the negative and interrogative forms? Look at the board. Open the brackets.
Have a look at the ad on p. 120 and read Molly's story. Are the statements about Molly's aunt's job true or false? Translate them and correct the false ones.

Teacher: Thank you!now we know a lot of types of professions but I want you to find some information about different jobs. I need your help. Please take the leaflets, read them, translate and answer my questions. You have got 3-4 minutes. But before it look at the blackboard here are unknown words from these texts:

Relief workers
The world we live in can be a dangerous one. A relief worker is a dangerous job. Good relief workers risk their lives. They help people and animals in problems. Relief workers teach how to avoid dangerous situations. Many people remember Chernobyl and Focusima catastrophes and the role of the relief workers in them.
Doctors
People cannot live without doctors. They help people with health problems. A doctor is a noble man. Doctors should be very good specialists. Famous doctors work in Botkin and Sklifosovsky Hospitals in Moscow. Students study a lot to be a good doctor. It is a very interesting profession.
Musicians
People like to go to the concerts. We love music and beautiful songs. Rock and pop music is very popular too. Many people enjoy classical music. Who makes people happy? - Talented musicians, singers and composers. Rostropovich and Glinka, Madonna, Timothy and Lady Gaga are among them.
